By requesting services from Arbor Care Tree Service, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.
We provide professional tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree service, lot clearing, and related services throughout Grant County and surrounding areas in Indiana. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
All estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those assessed. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written payment arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee and collection costs.
Customer grants us permission to access the property to perform agreed-upon services. Customer is responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, buried lines, or other hazards. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards. Customer is responsible for securing pets and keeping bystanders clear of the work area.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice for scheduled (non-emergency) work may be subject to a trip fee. Emergency services are non-cancellable once a crew has been dispatched.
We carry full liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, natural turf damage incidental to access, or acts of God.
Unless otherwise specified in the estimate, we will remove all debris generated by our work. Wood, chips, or brush may be left on-site at the customer's request at no additional charge.
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge. We do not warrant against natural events, disease, pest damage, or conditions beyond our control occurring after service completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Grant County, Indiana. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal remedies.
